✔ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, torn, or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly make it right.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report the damage.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
✔ Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges: If you need an exchange for a defective item, it is strictly subject to size and stock availability. If we have the means to exchange it, we will gladly swap it out.

Refunds: If an exchange is not possible due to stock being sold out, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspecting the item.
🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns For:

Sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Worn, washed, or altered garments.

Damage reported after the 14-day delivery window.
